      <title>Internet stopped working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;@ Everyone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My internet has stopped working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;My sky hub has three lights on:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;power = green&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;internet = flashing orange&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;wireless = green&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have followed all sky fixes and nothing changes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have tried resetting - nothing changes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no issues in my area&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Router stats are:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Router Statistics&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;System Up Time:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; 00:15:24&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;Port Status TxPkts RxPkts Collision Pkts Tx b/s Rx b/s Up Time WAN Down 0 0 0 0 0 00:00:00 LAN Up 9089 8595 1109 462012 45653 00:15:24 WLAN (2.4 GHz) Up 2983 13 0 3566 0 00:10:37 WLAN (5 GHz) Up 24329 25346 0 33622 18109 00:10:37&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Broadband Link Downstream Upstream Connection Speed (Kbps) 0 0 Line Attenuation (dB) 0 0 Noise Margin (dB) 0 0&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;can anyone help me - please ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
