There are things you can do yourselves firstly check the LEDs on your hub if the internet light is amber then the hub has lost connection to the exchange. When this happens log into the My Sky app and click to run the connection test - ignore the result displayed from the last routine test - thecsystem will tell you if there is a known faukt in your area. If it doesnt call Sky whose linescwill be open around 8am.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
