      <title>Everyone the electric drops my box goes on red light and I cannot re-set it. Why is that?</title>

      <description>I have a red lighton my box, tried to re-set it and nothing works. This is not the first time time it happened. The service checker says all is good.</description>

Routers are delicate pieces of equipment and can be damged by power surges around power cuts which could be the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Given Sky's hubs are designed to run 24/7 this should be a rare occurance which if it is happening frequently isxwhy is the powercdropping?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
