It has nothing to do with the speed of the service to the hub. Given each home is different it is difficult to know what is going on with your set up. Broadband check on aky say 36mps whereas on a separate speed test its 20mbps. Does my head in aa I know its slow so wht sky states 36mps after dojng a check I don't understand.
