I received my new Sky Max hub this week and my Sky Fibre went active today but im still to receive the Sky Max Pod that I'll need in my house. Does this areive separately and is it sent out automatically as the sky webchat bot is pretty useless to try to get through to anyone who can answer me

No pod is despatched automatically: it requires a call to Sky and a telephone diagnosis under the terms of the Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee.

And note this applies to WiFi Max subscribers: the Max Hub itself is now default hardware for all Sky Ultrafast products, but its other features (including pod availability) requires the subscription add-on.
