    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4062419"&gt;@OH2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;check the LEDs on the ONT if the LOS light is illuminated red the unit is not getting a signal so call Sky and report the issue. The LEDs on both tge ONT and hub help diagnose the issue so it is worth checking them before calling Sky. Full fibre is far more reliable than older copper lines but there still can be issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
