&lt;P&gt;I'd hope that means you will be eligible for &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;automatic compensation&lt;/A&gt; for delayed provisioning.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Broadband Change Over</title>

      <description>I contacted Sky in late April prior to my Essentials Broadband contract ending and signed up for Superfast Fibre. I was given a go live date, informed my current hub was compatible and the change would be done remotely. I also downgraded my Talk to Pay as You Go. I have since been advised several times that Openreach are having issues which is preventing the broadband swapping over. The Talk has changed. I am now being charged silly money for the outdated Essentials Broadband, which is precisely why I moved to Superfast Fibre. My contract is with Sky, not Outreach, so why is it that I am financially loosing out? Can I do anything other than wait?</description>
