&lt;P&gt;Your stats show the connection is indeed dropping but the line doesnt look unhealthy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried running the line test in the My Sky app?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Internet keeps dropping every 5 minutes. When it comes back, it seems to come back in stages. Starts with WIFI symbol, with an exclamation mark. Then just the WIFI symbol. Then disappears again. Done the on and off approach, but no change.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did the test earlier,&amp;nbsp; but came back as fine (green ticks). According to other users in the house, it happened yesterday as well so maybe temporary issues. No loud playing of their streamed programmes, so there are some benefits!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
