&lt;P&gt;Do you know the exact dates?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Keep in mind that Skys automatic compensation does not kick in until 2 full working days have passed, you are also not compensated for the day it comes back online. Therefore it in a full week you may only be eligible for 2 days worth of compensation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Yeah so you reported it on 4th April.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5th April would be day 1 towards the 2 full days without service requirement&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6-7th dont count as its a weekend&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;8th April is the 2nd day towards the 2 full days without service&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;9th April 1st full day without service after initial&amp;nbsp;period - Should be paid £9.76&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;10th April 2nd full day without service after initial&amp;nbsp;period - Should be paid £9.76&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;11th April fault fix so no full day without service therefore no further&amp;nbsp;compensation&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In total you should have got £19.56 so It looks like you are a couple £s short for some reason.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
