DSL link down - it means the external connection is down, right?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It happens so often that openreach engineers visited twice but found no problems&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I started the 2-year contract just 6 months ago, I wish I could terminate&amp;nbsp; the service&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone help what I can do? any techincal stuff I can try? please help me&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I keep trying to restart the router so it wouldn't have much information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I do this for 2 hours then it comes back usually - it's been 4&amp;nbsp; times in this month&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Yeah the router stats are useless if your connection is down at the time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is odd you've had Openreach round and they havent found any issues. Is your hub connected directly to your master telephone socket using a microfilter?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes master&amp;nbsp; socket&amp;nbsp; 5c openreach - it's always connected there, I sometimes try to reconnect the cable when it's gone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Openreach engineers visited but at that times the connection was fine. So they just check general stuff, reset the connection, and goes back&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Usually this kind of total drop lasts for 2-3 hours until it comes back, and it's happening twice today - it's gone again now. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe I can upload another screenshot when its come back, for you to see other information?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
