I'm in DL5 area (Durham) for the last 2 weeks or more our internet has been constantly dropping out for 5 mins or more then starting back up again. It's doing this all the time, every time I go onto MySky app it's showing there's not a problem and once the test is ran its saying everything is still fine, but the orange light is always coming on for the internet. This was happening even during the good weather so not weather related. Frustrating for all users. Checked area map and as the norm shows no issues. Please provide guidance. Thanks

There does appear to be an ongoing outage starting between 15:00 and 16:00

Hi we in Durham area and having similar issues too. Only ours seems to be when weather is bad. Work from home so is a nightmare. Had no Internet since 10 this morning. Sick of being told engineer booked and problem outside the property. Think a change of provider is needed

The issue appears to affect bt as well so is an openreach issue. Unless you have virgin or an alt net in the area you will have the same issues with other openreach isps
