If you subscribe to the WiFi Max service then Sky will potentially loan one pod after a telephone diagnosis and up to two more in an installer visit, under the terms of the Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee.

The Max Hub is now default hardware with Ultrafast broadband, but doesn't come with the additional options without an extra subscription.
