      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been tyring to upgrade my broadband package for two days now but when I get to the part which asks for trhe first two digits of the bank account I pay my subscription from it isn't accepted (even though it is correct) &amp;amp; I get frozen out due to too many attempts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
