I have troubke skeeping and every nught if i wake up between 2am and 5am my tele eont wonrk it says im not connected then at arojnd 6am it works this is every single night . Anyone know why it miggy be doing this . Ive soent hiurs reconnconnecting it and it doesnt work 😭

Sky q has a eco mode setting which puts the box into standby between 02:45 and 05:45

Read below on how to change the standby settings

Just read my post back ha ha how you understood that is crazy , this is what sleep deprivation does . Just checked and it was on eco thanks so much hopefully that's sorted now . Thanks

Weird, when i read it at 05:00ish i didn't notice anything wrong 😁😁 guess it takes a few coffees for my brain to kick into action
