You can find out if Sky are aware of a fault in your area by running the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection but dont be caught out bybthe result of the last routine test it ran some hours ago click to make tge test run again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If there isnt a known fault give Sky a call to report the fsult so they can get Openreach check out what is wrong.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I think there is an issue with the area as someone else on my street has said their broadband is also down. Also someone has mentioned on X that Sheffield has issues. I run the connection test but it's useless never says there's an issue even when I do research on the Internet and find there actually is. Can anyone guve an update on when the issue will be fixed??</description>
