You can run the connevction test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection to see if Sky are aware of an issue - note ignore the intial result which was run some hours ago run the test again - if there isnt call Sky and report the fault.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Everytime time it rain, the router internet goes from green to orange, the same with Voice. This is a new line installed by OpenReach. Any suggestion?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
