Apps wont load on my andriod phone on wifi. Bbc news app wiil not work unless i switch to 4g. It's really frustrating that so many apps do not work on wifi.

Ring, hive, bbc etc

You may need to disable Sky Shield

Thank you for the advice but I've checked my sky shield and it is not switch on. I'm at a loss to why this is now happening.

Real odd one, your stats suggest everything is fine.

Have you tried changing the DNS servers on your phone?

No - They are set to the recomended automatic setting

I would try using different DNS as a test. Try 1.1.1.1

There ia no option to show statistics, it says there is, but there isnt.
