You've posted on the Broadband board. A satellite issue is almost certainly going to be an individual issue with your set up (otherwise the forum would be awash with thousands of complaints).

If you’re seeing a message displaying ”No signal” it tends to be from your TV not being on the correct input (check the HDMI cable between the Sky Q box and your TV)

Whenever a “no satellite signal” message is displayed, that relates to your Sky Q box, so firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check out the troubleshooting on this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish.

A misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels. If you’re on a communal dish you may initially need to liaise with your landlord or building management company.

Are there any local outages in your area?
https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus

Otherwise At 1am it could be maintenance which usually takes place overnight to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.

Loss of connection after midnight is often down to routine work required to be done on the network so if your connection is back this morning thst was the likely cause.

Ours is off too. Just out of the blue and the connection tests aren't working. Sounds like an outage but our area apparently is fine. Why is there no number to call?

There is. If you definitely need to call Sky you can call free by dialling 150 from your Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.
