It can tell you that there is a known fault affecting your area. If it says everything is fine power down your hub for 20 seconds then restart it.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Watch the leds as the hub boots they key one is the internet connection light until that is green your hub has not conected properly if it stays amber there is an issue between the exchange and the hub. If the internet light &amp;nbsp;is green but the voice light if you have one stays amber and nothing connects its a fault at Sky's end. In either case report it to Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! Just run the test through the sky website and it says everything is ok. But none of my wireless devices are connecting. My WiFi externder is showing the power and WiFi lights green, but connected is blank. Neither of my sky boxes are connected. Neither of my TVs are connected. Any ideas?!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
