    <description>&lt;P&gt;After a lomg saga, the entire property hardwired.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky engineer came out and advised a colleague has had the same&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;issues ( orange voice light coming on / voice / internet lights coming on) amd service stopping.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turns out its the fiber wall socket ( fitted by bt openreach) , i was sceptical but since his visit there have been 9 occasions where service has stopped ( last night being the most recent) by rebooting rhe wall socked ( power off/on) evwrything has come back,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sonit wasnt the hub......&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have emailed sky but not expecting much of a response, its a ' known issue' have asked for the wall socked to be replaced&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;will see what happens.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/119157"&gt;@ianwoodward&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;no point in emailing Sky unless the engineer gave you a specific link as they do not offer support by email. Either give them a call or post again and ask that a forum superuser escalates your post.&lt;/P&gt;
