    <description>Had slow speeds for a few days. Phoned helpline this evening. Did a reset with Sky helper. Broadband speeds picked up initially but now we can't reconnect our Sky Q boxes and the internet keeps dropping randomly. When I follow fault finding process, Sky initially states that there is a problem then tells me all three faculties of the set up process are fine. Help please!</description>

I would give Sky a call as they should send an engineer out if Q boxes are not connecting.
