    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am sure this is a problem with the modem. I have a speech lag of about 1 or 2 seconds on tv.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also there is some difficulty loading some websites on my devices. They always connect eventually and my actual speed is fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4057427"&gt;@BrianBSC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;lip sync issues ie speech is not in sync with the video cannot be caused by your internet connection it is being caused by whatever kit you are using to stream the programming and playing the video and audio or is caused by the signal not beinng in sync when sent. Your broadband is not handling separate auidio and video streams they are both combined into one data stream.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Issues with delay in websites loading can be caused by a slow DNS system. DNS is tgexsystem that looks up a IP address for the site you want to contact. Sky's DNS is normally pretty good but individual servers can be slow you can sometimes sort this by powering down the hub for 30 minutes or so.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
