topic Internet Speed at 3MB for months in Broadband

The house only had 3 people and about 4–7 devices connected at a time, changing throughout the day. For months, no reason at all, the wifi kept dropping down to 3 MB's. I tried everything, but nothing fixed it. Only when we get lucky, the wifi jumps up to around 15 MB, and if we are really lucky, we get what we are guaranteed, which is 30 MB, so can anyone help?

@SkyUser30 you can see thecspeed your hub is connecting at by running the connection test in the My Sky app which will also show you the recent history and whether the speed has been below the guaranteed speed for your line. If it is below the minimum call Sky so they can activate the guarantee and getvthe line checked

If you want independent advice from forum members post your hub's stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
