      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4056260"&gt;@Wicklow101&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you where disconnected for missing a payment then it won't be reconnected until payment is made in full and clears in Sky's account and you have resetup a continueous payment method(direct debit or credit/debit card), this can take longer over a weekend as payments are not processed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you cancelled and then requested reconnection thre is at least a 10 working day lead time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
