    <description>I have just had new fibre broadband instilled and I gave been left with no WIFI. I notified sky engineer before he left that I can see my Internet isn't connected he dismissed me.by letting me know his pad confirms am connected and that was all.that mattered. I called the customer service team and I was told to wait for 24hrs to 10days to get my Internet connected . I was also told if I had a business account I would be cimpensated but since am an ordinary Joe,it is what it is and that was it. No solution has been offered. Sky standards have dropped!</description>
