      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just had sky broadband installed today everything was fine until about 5 minutes ago when it suddenly stopped working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;the internet light on the router has gone off&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
