    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can any experts guide me, the problem I have is a VPN for my employer dropping frequently through our home internet.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3797783"&gt;@Jamesesx&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;your vpn requires a regular signal to stay connected so loss of that packet can cause it to drop. Nothing obvious linked to your broadband connection and as you are not reporting issues with other devices which would indicate general issues with packet loss it is puzzling.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However you report 4 Q minis and a booster which with the Sky hub and the main Q box is a total of 7 nodes on the Q mesh which is close to the limit of 8 devices Sky set. The Q mesh system was quite a step forward in 2016 when it launched now it is getting old and can cause networking issues. I would try powering down the booster and one or more of the Q minis while using the VPN to see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
