Just got my broadband in yesterday 900mbs but averaging about 260mbs on all devices. Even hardwired xbox with high speed ethernet cable

WiFi speedtests will likely never reach 900mbps, that is not the intended usecase of the connection.

As for the wired speed, this should be close to 900mbps but consoles speedtests are often not accurate. Do you have a PC/Laptop you can use to test ethernet instead?
