Slow WIFI speed

Hi Folks,

ive had a few issues eith my Sky Broadband iver the last few months, i went from

60mpbs down to 8mbps then i went back up to 55mbps and now down to 14mbps.

ive done the tests online and it says no issues in my area, but after i done this last time i got a right to leave email which would signal an issue i my area?

ive not got fibre just superfast, im getting skymax wifi router delivered tomotrow to see if thay makes a difference i dont think it will

though, has anyone else experineced this? Or has sky changed my package speeds?

i stay in Musselburgh just outside edinburgh.

@CallumwilsonMaybe when the issue is going on and what device are you using to measure your speed and what app or website are you using?

jusy used test my broadband speed on google but also notice my official sky app says my speeds have dropped? What app should I be using?
