&lt;P&gt;This forum is mainly customer to customer based, you are not talking to Sky on here.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky do not take requests for new routers, they only replace like for like if its faulty or upgrade if required through a package or technological advancement.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Which hub do you have at the moment?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you please post your router stats&lt;/P&gt;
