    <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you on FTTP? Same thing kept happening to me. It's a Sky issue as other friends with FTTP from different providers don't have such a problem. I left Sky for other reasons but I will be taking up with a different provider later in the year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, i have had issues since my fibre broadband has been installed around a month ago, its ieeps dropping out. I am constantly having reset the broadband hub as per the app, i have also spoke to customer service and they advise me to do the same. There must be some other solution to this as its driving me mad and i am considering going to another provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
