Lost internet connection over an hour ago. Have gone through all the troubleshooting steps 8 times and still no internet. The online 'test your broadband' tool says everything is fine -- it says broadband is working and hub is connected and WiFi is working. But it says that even when I run it when the hub is completely unplugged so clearly that tool is broken. Very frustrating. Haven't tried calling since it's 1am, but some people still need to get work done. What's up, Sky?

At that time of night it could be maintenance taking place. This is carried out overnight to keep disruption to a minimum as most customers are asleep. If it hasn't returned by 7ish in the morning you may need to contact Sky and report it.
