      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had sky bb installed yesterday, connected ok at start then lost internet when connecting to Sky Q. Rebooted and factory reset router. Works for 1 minute on connecting a device then drops. I am changing one setting on the router (I am unsyncing 2.4 and 5 Hz due to an EV charger compatibility issue).&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;getting really frustrated as this setup should be a fire and forget exercise nowadays - sky q refuses to connect too&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I connect my phone it is warning me of insufficient security despite AES being selected?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That suggests you are using an iPhone, which also means trying to administer Hub through it is likely to be problematic.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
