I have recently changed my broadband to fibre optic from copper, I now have 2 routers & need to return one. The engineer used the existing router so I'm I ok to return the new one or is it linked to my account

Strange , the idea would be keep the new one and return the old but its up to you

The engineer connect the service to the old router so I was going to send the new one back ( new as in it only came a few months after the first one) but wasn't sure if it was connected to a soecfic account. Do you know if they are linked..?

They are not linked to anyones account. So when you send one back it will likely end up with some one else
