      <description>&lt;P&gt;The engineer connect the service to the old router so I was going to send the new one back ( new as in it only came a few months after the first one) but wasn't sure if it was connected to a soecfic account. Do you know if they are linked..?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
