topic Go online later than activation date in Broadband

I was due to move to a new build in a couple of weeks and have arranged a home move of my gigafast BB. However the house exchange date is now a few days later than anticipated. I am hoping Sky will be able to rearrange.

The new house will have fibre and ONT already in place.

if it is too late to reschedule, is it safe to assume I can just stick with currently arranged home move ? I realise that I will lose BB services in my current property on the day before the originally scheduled home move (inconvenient but not a huge problem) and can then simply let activation take place in the new property even though it will be a few days later before I move in ?

If you've already viewed the house and seen the ont then the activation will go ahead as notify and be active when you move in

If you still want to postpone depending on openreach availability you can do so via the my sky app -> my orders section
