Hello,

Today our Wifi has constantly fluctuated between working and not connecting. My mobile goes from wifi to data every couple of seconds. We live in the Fife area.
Other devices in the household are also struggling. Some connect longer than others, but many can't connect at all (none of the consoles). iPads are mostly ok but multiple phones are inconsistent with the connection.

This started last night, presumably during the scheduled maintenance. Frustratingly running diagnostic tests for the broadband just has everything come back green. Supposedly no outages in the area. Wifi supposedly working. But we can guarantee it most certainly is not.

I can't find comment about this from Sky. Is it likely to be addressed via maintenance soon or is this an individual problem we need to follow up on? At this point it will only be a few short hours until we've been experiencing a bad connection for 24 hours.
