&lt;P&gt;When do you have occupancy of the new address normally openreach have a 12 day turn round between receiving the order from sky and connecting you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Current occupier shouldn’t cancel their Sky broadband until we move in?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have rang Sky today to let them know I am moving home. They can see the current occupiers at the property have sky already.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have been told to ask the current occupiers to not cancel their contract until after our internet is connected at the new property. I accepted this on the phone, but can't think why this is necessary. Please can someone explain?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
