    <description>&lt;P&gt;Literally having the exact same problem - watching prime and the show stopped half way through checked everything and says all ok reset hub checked cables and still amber and not working, the amount of issues I've had with Sky since switching is ridiculous&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Whilst watching Prime on Sky, around 20!'ims ago all of a sudden the internet dropped. On the router it shows 1 green light and one amber. Did a internet check on the Sky app but it says all ok however 0 devices connected and not the usual 10.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
