I got a sky max sr213 hub I am getting internet top marks but my Sky q box won't connect to internet. It to hub but the sky q box says there is no internet which all other wifi devices connected perfectly and have internet.

I dont think the SR213 is compatible with SkyQ and am surprised Sky supplied one

They're sending out sky max to people with just the sky q main box. It is the sky minis mesh that was made by airties that is not compatible with the sky max pods mesh made by plume

The Max Hub is compatible with a main Q box, but as far as we know Sky isn't currently offering it to households with Q Mini boxes or Q boosters.
