topic Sky Wifi Max - extender pods in Broadband

So I've just upgraded to Sky Wifi Max. The new router has been dropping about 10 times a day (Four times during a 1 hour work meeting which was embarrassing) but I'm hoping it's going to settle down?!!

I know I need a Wifi extender pod in the main sitting room of my house - it's a long way from the router and there are thick stone walls which is the reason I upgraded to Wifi Max. The router alone has improved the wifi signal there a little bit but not enough to be called a "strong signal" or to let the TV use Wifi rather than a direct Ethernet connection (via an extender).

What is the process for getting this checked by Sky/contacting Sky/ getting an extender pod sent to me?

Can't seem to find that information anywhere.

Thanks.
