I've followed all instructions on 'My Sky' & the test cannot find my router. I've unplugged everything & checked cables etc. when plugged in again, one light comes on but that's it. App asked me to book engineer but they can't come until Mon. I understand the wait of course & normally I don't mind waiting, however, I have care link due to being disabled & living alone in a mobile service dodgy spot. I need care link & of course, landline is now through router...

Monday is likely to bethe earliest availability of an Openreach engineer in your area.

For future reference it could be beneficial being registered with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning
https://www.skyaccessibility.sky/
