If Sky are aware of it they'll have passed it to Openreach to fix. Openreach aim to fix 85% of faults within 2 working days.

The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when the fault is first reported to Sky, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (new rates apply from 01/04/24 of £9.76 per day).

There is a local outage in Orford, Suffolk since Sunday, meaning we've had no internet or tv since then. My husband and I both work from home, and are really struggling to get any information about how long it will last. When I phone sky it recognises my number and says they are aware of an issue and it's usually resolved in a couple of days. But it went down four days ago. I can't get to speak to anyone as it diverts me to a recorded message. How can I find out what is happening?
