    <description>&lt;P&gt;Wi-fi isn't working and every time I try to go onto the sky app to fix the issue it makes me test the connection but as I have no internet the connection test fails. I phoned up&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT size="2" color="#999999"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;(removed)&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt; but it's all just automated so I have no idea how to actually fix the issue. (I have done all the suggested things such as unplugging ports and letting them restart). &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
