Thecstats show the hub restarted just under 40 minutes before you took the stats but the WAN connection has only been up,for 20 minutes when that renewed the led should have started flahing indicating a reconnection. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Line instability on VDSL services is currently quite common issue due in the main to the wet weather and electrical storms. It is only considered to be a fault by Openreach if the automatic DLM sydtem cannot manage to stabilise the line by raising the noise margin on your stats tge margin is currently 4.1dB well within the normal range.and your speed is almost certainly well above the guaranteed speed for your line. The only time they otherwise will intervene if line drops are around 10mper 24 hour period.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If tge lights are really staying green then it is likely to be an issue with wifi with the limited time on the stats it is difficukt to know too much but almost all traffic was using the 5GHz band so if thst is subject to intermittent intterference that could look like a loss of connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
