      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sick of slow wifi! Itis NOT my house/building/walls! Been here 8 years , same set up, same people and same useagewith 3 other providers and not a single issue!! New to sky broadband, i have to wait minutes sometimes forpages to load on internet!! Sky test function on its websitestates broadband is fine but wifi issies present! then when I ask it for more wifi help it says all is fine! It is not! 2nd router, still awful service! Im even in sameroom as router and wifi issues persist!! Ridiculous!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, apparently there is an issue in the West Midlands but I'm in Northamptonshire.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this has been going on for weeks. I appreciate that my monthly charges are lower than other networks but cheep ain't good if it don't work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
