My tv picture is sometimes blurred and unwatchable. I can't make a phone call or receive one because of the horrendous crackling noise on telephone and when telephone rings this also causes internet to shut down. I have been told open reach has fixed my problem on two occasions but this is clearly not the case . It still isn't working. My open reach box on wall is also faulty if it's touched it knocks internet off. At the moment it's a shambles and so frustrating. I need internet for my work and need to use landline and receive important calls but not possible at the moment.
