      <title>No internet but can connect to sky broadband router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i had sky broadband installed today&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it was working fine then suddenly stopped&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it's the sky broadband hub which has green lights for power internet and wifi - no light for voice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;open reach ONT has all green lights.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;any advise or next steps would be useful. Tried hard reset and secured all wires multiple times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
