New sky max hub, unsure where to plug Ethernet cable

Hi, I have a new sky max hub, the box came with just an Ethernet cable. There are two open reach boxes in my house. One with a cable already in it and then above it a slot for Ethernet. Above this is a different box with Power, LOS, PON LAN on it and under it are three slots, the middle being an Ethernet slot, neither works?

think I have found the issue, there is no power lead into the ONT? How do I fix this?

Yikes. No power would be an issue. You would need to call sky or we can escalate either way it wouldn't be until tomorrow anything could be done
