      <title>No internet or TV</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had bad weather last night, woke up to no internet (all the right lights are on) but am now having to use my 4g. Tv also doesn't work. It's saying they're having technical difficulties and will try and fix it ASAP but when i have a look it says there's no issues in my area. I'm still currently on hold to speak to someone but does anyone have any ideas? Never happened before&lt;/P&gt;</description>
