    <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order which I then cancelled as I'd entered the wrong address. I then replaced the order using the same email to the correct address but the second order isn't showing in tracking and I need to re-arrange the engineer appointment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be immensely appreciated! Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you placed this new order today I would give it 24 hours as hopefully the system should then catchup. If it doesn't and you still don't see anything then call Sky for help on tracking the order.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
